The Justice Building is where all the offical buisness for each District is conducted from marriage ceremonies to the Reapings and other various Capitol-sponsored functions. The Justice Building contains the Capitol representitives for each District, as well as the Mayor of the District and a company of Peacekeepers. The Justice Building is also where citizens of the Districts can sign up for tessera. |
