The District 6 Justice Building
The Justice Building is the grand center of each District in Panem. The Justice Building is where all the offical buisness for each District is conducted from marriage ceremonies to the Reapings and other various Capitol-sponsored functions. The Justice Building contains the Capitol representitives for each District, as well as the Mayor of the District and a company of Peacekeepers. The Justice Building is also where citizens of the Districts can sign up for tessera.
